Anger
You have it bubbling up inside you, like a potion brewing in a witches cauldron, ready to burst at any point in time, ready to throw a ball across the room at somebody, something, anything. Anger is a powerful emotion. The question is though: should you hide it? Anger can build up inside you. It can be fuel or it can be the very thing that destroys you. Anger is useful, but it can also be very problematic. There are ways to subdue your anger though, like playing a sport, or screaming when no one is around to hear you, or you could even write your anger out. Your anger will subdue, but not fully. You cannot take your anger out on people who you aren’t particularly angry at. If you do you might feel better, but what about the other person? Anger must be used at the right times if not it can hurt people. You must also remember along with anger comes the truth and it might hurt, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Anger can only remain hidden for a certain amount of time, it’s always 2 steps behind you, don’t let it catch up.
