What are we?
December 5th, in coral gables, Florida, a shoot out occurred. It involved a stolen UPS vehicle, two burglars, and two harmless victims. One of which was a UPS driver, the hostage who was killed by random shots. Another was, a random person sitting in their car on their way home probably to their own family, to their own wife or husband or even kids. Those police officers should not have shot, they had THIRTEEN cops chasing after these two burglars. I know cops who know coral gables, Miami Dade, and Broward’s positions when in this situation. These cops told me that those cops could have done something different, that they did not have to shoot. The thing that bugs me is that some people are saying that those cops should’ve shot. I am not a person who usually goes against cops, but they were wrong there, they should not have shot. Police officers were appointed their positions to protect us, yet they might have killed innocent people who got caught in the crossfire. I know that they knew that those two ex-convicts weren’t going to kill that UPS driver. They would have caught them elsewhere these cops killed this UPS driver while he was escaping…I know that it was an accident, but why did they even start shooting? December 5th, 2019, marks another day that humankind, the humankind that I know at least, slips away. I hope that this doesn’t happen again, but I live in the real world where it probably will happen again. I hope, but hope can only last for so long.
